Link & Lead

LINK & LEAD is a boutique communication consultancy focused on employee communication and advocacy.

Based in Amsterdam, but with an international focus, it is an consultancy that gives strategic advice in the area of employee engagement and advocacy, as well as project manages large scale and complex internal communications programmes.

The assignment was to create the website and entire business identity for Link & Lead, including logo, business card and Powerpoint template. 

The branding of the consultancy is to be contemporary, simple and fresh. It should be professional and appealing to corporates, while at the same time have something distinctive that makes it stand out from the standard consultancies. 

Together we defined the type of font, colour palette, and come up with a design that is bright, optimistic, aspirational and ambitious, to convert the business message of communicating to people in a compelling, authentic and engaging manner.
